AmiSaber is now available on Aminet! This amazing remake of the popular VR game Beat Saber is incredible and a very creative release from the developer of Amiga Electric Black Sheep. AmiSaber can be played with two mice and offers good gameplay on computers. Commodore Amiga mid-range. The game can also be played on PC using emulators. Amiga like WinUAE or FS_UAE. Beat Saber is essentially Dance Revolution with lightsabers. When you start the game, assign a red or blue lightsaber to each of your motion controllers, and you'll see a floating stream of squares marked with red and blue arrows, which you slash in the correct direction with the correct lightsaber at the correct time. Released by the Czech indie studio Hyperbolic Magnetism, Beat Saber is one of the most popular virtual reality games. It was a top seller on Steam VR for most of 2018. Any user of Commodore Amiga Any retro gaming fan should definitely try this game!

I don't know what Dance Revolution is, and I don't like anything that comes out on Steam... but it looks good, being for Amiga.
Well, I've seen it... but it's not what I expected... Is that supposed to be a great game endorsed for AmigaWell… it's fine to put the Guitar Hero formula on this platform… but in itself, it's too simple and very stingy with visual effects… I think the Amiga It can do MUCH more than that.
El Amiga It can do much more than that, of course, but it's a basic port of the most successful virtual reality game. Imagine putting on the headset, looking around, and seeing that you're inside a futuristic chamber filled with neon lights, standing on an elongated platform. You realize you have two lightsabers, one in each hand. Suddenly, red and blue cubes start coming towards you, and you have to smash them as they approach, striking them with your lightsabers to the rhythm of the frenetic music playing in the room, which also synchronizes the attacks. And it doesn't stop there; you also have to duck at certain points and move to the right or left to dodge the approaching blocks. I've played it, and it's one of the best VR games out there. And I suppose some friend wanted to capture that essence in a game for our beloved platform, with varying degrees of success, but the essence is what matters. Virtual controls and VR headsets would be needed to enjoy this game the same way as the original. But beggars can't be choosers, and any game will do. Amiga You're always welcome. Cheers, Ro!
